I've got the boots of blasting and have the pattern for belt of blasting (just need vortexes to drop >.<) and my hit rating will now beapped with the belt, really what I'm wondering is if I should start stking haste. I'm thinking of repling spellstrike pants with the BoJ haste pants and maybe getting the BoJ brers (Intstam on the pants will be a bonus as well) and then getting the new haste trinket when 2.4 is out. Is this wise os i've heard that haste is better for us than dmgcrit, but then I read today that it wasn't..
